Entretien
I showed up five minutes early. In order to get the interview, I met up with another Center Manager at an open recruiting event. I sat down with the Center Manager of that store and the District Manager. The Center Manager was relatively new (like most) and I could tell in the beginning that he was incompetent. The District Manager was late to the interview. They asked me five or six questions that mostly pertained to my previous employment. I was slightly nervous but after the DM showed up late, I lost my nervousness. While I was waiting, I talked to some of the other coworkers about the systems and what was different. Due to the obvious incompetency of the CM and the disrespect of the DM by showing up late, I started the job thinking I would not stay long.
I applied online, then I had a phone screening with the recruiter from corporate, one interview in person with the store manager, and a final zoom interview with the district manager.
