They interview few people at a time and pick the good one from it. They ask all the behavioral type question and few math problems. I believe they need little communication skills and some math skills to count the boxes. After the interview they will send you an email if you are qualified for the job. And after that a lot of paper works.

You walk into the front desk and sign in and wait to be seen by the interviewer. Once seen you begin the interview. Followed by questions. Bam interview is done

Meet with employer. Talk for a minute and then they take you on your dock tour. They described the type of job it is and what you would be doing. He explains everything about the company and pay rate.
