The interview was somewhat organized. Virtual. During the pandemic so one of the interviewers were late. The questions were very long and situational which became hard to answer and understand at times.
The process was standard. It was a behavioral interview. They were late to the meeting, but once we got started everything was fine. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced in a team environment?
quick phone call where an interviewer called and started with basic questions. His phone kept cutting out which was a bit annoying and it cut into the interview time. He asked how close I was to the office location and if I would have transportation there

I had a virtual screening, and then a second round interview. All over within 2-3 weeks. It wasn't difficult and questions are standard. Be sure to use STAR method in your responses.
