the process isnt difficult at all. It is a basic interview to gauge your personality and they let the on site training weed out the employees. there are two types of training the driving and then the actual picking up and processing of packages. The test they give you tests your knowledge on how to plan out a route and how to prioritize a scheduled route

Straight forward, general questions about previous skill acquired at previous jobs. Really would just like to make sure you are physically and mentally capable of handling the load of time sensitive deliveries and picks-ups.
