J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Nashville, TN) en oct. 2014
Entretien
I filled out the application and they told me to select a tour time for the shift I applied for. I went in on my scheduled tour after the tour they said if we think this is something we can handle then to check our emails and request a interview. I did that night and in the morning I got a call to come in for a interview. They asked if I was able to do the work and that I would need to do a background check about a week and a half later they called and said I was hired

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
