J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx en nov. 2009
Entretien
I went there to fill out an application but couldn't until I did an observation of the job. I went for the observation were they walked you around the warehouse, talked about the job and it's duties. I came back to fill out an application and was called three days later for an interview. The interview was easy and I was that once the criminal background check came in they would call me. Two weeks go by and I didn't hear from anyone so I called them. They told me in hiring process is slow right now. I got a call about two weeks later to start work.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
