referred by an internal employee. phone interview include many traditional behaviors questions such of accomplishments, what;s your strength; onsite interview have some standard PM questions, team/conflict questions and prodcut/business case questions. they were seeking for some uniqueness from you. the panel consists of 2 marketing managers including hiring manager and it runs for 2 hours. it also include meeting with different team members, each for 30 minutes less formal, but they feed in the feedback.

How would you develop a marketing plan for xxx product?
2 phone interviews, a team interview, and one last phone interview. Very slow process, took about 2 months which is why I didn't end up taking the job as I had an offer somewhere else.
the interview was easy but didnt get chance to ask questions at the end, which is unusual. each interview round lasted about less than one hour. typical questions like past experience and hypothetical qns.
