At first, I did my application and sent my resume. Right after, I received about 3 emails. First it was a "Confirmation of application" form (make sure to click on the highlighted link and hit submit at the end), then a "Your invited to a interview with FedEx Ground" it will be a self-paced interview (they will send a link through text message or you can click the button at the end to complete on your cell phone browser. Lastly a "Invitation to complete a Criminal background check form". On the last email, make sure that you go to every highlighted form, read and click submit at the end because your background check form will not be completed and turned in to FedEx until every form is submitted. I'm not sure if the 3 emails are automatically sent after you submit your application or maybe I'm getting closer to an actual interview. Either way I'm excited about even getting a chance to work for this wonderful company. It hasn't even been 24 hours so hopefully someone might call today or tomorrow but it says on one of my emails that if I don't hear from anyone within 45 days to resubmit an application with FedEx.

A sort manager did a Quick walk through around the building showing protocol and where each of us will be working & there was a teaching in class with a slideshow.
