I applied and was called back through the HR recruiter who gave me an insight on what to expect in the interview. I applied in July and was hired in September of 2018.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
