Started as a handler so this might be a different interview process as it is from the viewpoint of one being hired in from inside the company. I was interviewed by two managers who were very polite and direct. I was asked to display various math skills and communication skills. I was also asked questions about my leadership skills. All of these skills were important to the job I was interviewing for.

Describe a time when you had to handle a problem with a coworker or employee. What was the situation? How would you handle it? And what would you do differently?
It was a very straightforward interview process that included the submittal of a resume, receiving a callback, and scheduling an in-person interview. The interview was given by the actual manager that I would eventually work under.

The questions were based on teamwork, past experience, ability to deal with others, manage stress, and difficult hours.
Easy as cake people were nice and caring and helped thru entire process

The interview was so good. Everything was nice, fast and so communicative.
It looks that everyone want to help each others. Therefore, everything was so easy, fast, and helpful with the company.
