Submitted resume and was called in for and interview. Interviewed with Hub manager and Managing Director in panel interview. After the interview they asked if I could take a "quick" personality test that was scheduled for two hours...didnt tell me that. It was painless but even with over 5 years of applicable experience it took 5 months to get hired.
