J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Delta, BC) en avr. 2017
Entretien
I applied online then went to sort observation, and one week later for on-site interview with manager. The interview was difficult than I expected as my goal is very straight and simple to get a part-time job and I am fit in this physical demand job yet haven't heard from them after interview. Maybe I didn't convince them successfully my other job will not impact this role.
The location is not transit friendly you have to drive to get there. It was a some kind of negative experience and waste time.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
