J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Banning, CA) en sept. 2011
Entretien
Initially, a recruiter came to the high school looking for seniors, or people who would be turning 18 soon. The week of my 18th birthday they called to see if I was still interested in the position. They called in a group of people the day I went in. There was a group informational, and right after did an interview. We additionally had a skills test where we would need to pick up a box weighing 25 pounds properly.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
