I applied online. The initial interview consisted heavily of technical questions. I asked the interviewer to ask questions related to my field of interest, which was probably different from the field they were looking for, but I still got a call for the next (final) step of the hiring process: the assessment center. I wasn't able to attend that unfortunately. I heard that the assessment center was a day long activity comprised of a roleplay.
