It was a standard interview process with the COO and Head of Marketing. Shared some light-hearted moments, everything went smoothly (or so it seems). When it came to the take-home assignments (I was tasked to complete QA + analytics), they took over half-a-day because they involved testing out a few games and noting down the feedback for improvement, and choosing the most suitable advertising campaign by comparing the metrics. In the end, they never bothered to revert on whether I was accepted or not. In other words, I got ghosted.
