Starts with standard recruiter interview. Next rounds include direct manager interview, then the gauntlet interview which I had the option to break up into multiple days but decided to do all of them on the same day. Then proceeded to director interview. Overall it took a little less than a month. Was a lot of management style questions over technical questions. Tracey the recruiter was super helpful. Was one of the final two people for the role but didn’t make it. My only gripe if I have one is that I would have expected at least an email to say hey you didn’t make it (especially in the context of being the final two people being considered) but otherwise was a great interview process.
