Streamlined and with excellent interview questions and full transparency about the role's responsibilities and what they're looking for in order to take things to the next level. I loved how the entire process went: detailed phone screening with HR, pleasant and exciting phone conversations with the district manager and general manager, and an in-depth interview on-site to meet and discuss the career opportunity further.

2 rounds of interviews, both taken by the general manager of the branch. The interview process took 2 weeks. Both interviews were online, asking general HR questions. It was a great experience.

Getting the interview was fast and the interview itself went well in my opinion, but the post-interview went terribly. I was asked normal questions for the position, but generally surface level.
I was given empty promises after empty promises after the interview. very unprofessional.
