Well thought out. Organized questions. Felt at ease
The interview process was quite relaxing and enjoyable. I felt at ease and at home during the entire interview process .
Sat down with the operations manager, Terry Hanley, at the time . He really did not feel like my soon to be boss. More of a friend. Someone who I would love to work for.

Pretty normal process. First a phone call, then a talk about setting up an interview, then a face to face with a branch manager as well as a regional manager.

I Interned witht he company, moved through different sales positions then applied for management positions, the Pay is not great at any opf the levels unless you work or manage very large stores
