The interview was onsite for an entry level. The owner at that time interviewed me. There was a test to design a retractable banner for a real client. The exam overall was fair.

Entretien
It was simple and alright. Interviewers were going through a company shift and it was noticeable able with how they spoke. I was enthusiastic about it potentially being a first job, but they didn't seem enthusiastic to have to be hiring someone new. Makes sense given the person they were replacing had been there for a number of years. Just not a great feeling.

using
They were very interested in hiring me since I had experienced in large printing formats but they don't negotiate salary.

They dont offer benefits. Not formal. Asked about experience and expectations. Nice and laid back. No testing needed. Pay is low for the area and parking minimal. Small office, and I suspect low paying jobs.
