I was asked three questions, than made to wait for 14 minutes, then was asked if I would like a job differing from the one I came in to interview for. After declining the second job I was offered the first.

In person interview at their HQ. Met with the hiring manager and took a small tour of the call floor and the facility. Pretty average interview experience overall. I accepted their offer.
