The interview was seamless and the interviewer was nice. There were mostly behavioral questions and a couple questions involving technological knowledge. This was for a software development job, new grad specifically.

* What is the difference between a pointer and a reference (technical question)? * If a customer asks you for a product in the store, then while looking for the product, the customer clarifies that they are actually looking for a different product, how would you respond to ensure the customer is satisfied with their interaction? (behavioral question)
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
