I had a brief phone interview during which typical interview questions were asked. I was then flown out to Denver for an in-person interview and tour. This interview consisted of a logic test (take an online IQ test for something comparable) and a few logic questions I was asked to solve out on the board with the interviewers watching. The goal is to see how you problem-solve. After that I was asked more questions on my work history and personality, had the opportunity to ask questions and finally wrote a short essay and edited a piece of writing. I was then asked to dinner (dinner=job offer) and received an offer via phone about a week later.

I applied a week before the college career fair at my school, and was sent an email the Friday of the fair telling me to meet with the representatives at their booth. I had a really good conversation with both of them, and then was asked to interview with their company on Monday. I didn't have to travel anywhere, they came to my school to interview me. At the beginning I was sent to a room to take a thirty problem logic test in thirty minutes, and afterwards they took me to another room to be interviewed by two personal. I thought it went well, but instead I was sent a generic declined email the Friday after.
