The recruiting process initially felt organized and professional, and the recruiter/behavioral interview experiences were positive. However, my final technical interview left me with a much different impression of the company culture. The interviewer came across as unnecessarily dismissive and condescending throughout the conversation. I was repeatedly told my responses were “not what he was looking for,” even after providing clarification and asking what specifically he wanted me to elaborate on. When discussing projects, I clearly explained they were student/group projects and walked through my personal contributions, even showing my GitHub and implementation details, but the feedback still felt overly critical rather than constructive. I completely understand technical interviews are meant to assess skill level, but the overall tone felt more adversarial than collaborative. As a new graduate candidate, I would have appreciated a more professional and communicative interview experience. That said, the recruiter and earlier interview stages were much more positive, which is why the final round stood out so strongly in comparison.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
