Sent off my application and than was rang back to inform me of my time slot for the interview. No information was given i.e, dress code, type of interview, what documentation to bring, assistant manager seemed unsure on the phone when asked. Once I got the interview time I started preparing for it. Once I got there for my interview, it was so informal and unprofessional. I didn't even have time to take my coat off. I was only asked one question (which was not even really a question) which was, What do you know about Farmfoods. I did not even finish my answer before the manager interrupted to tell me her life story. The whole process lasted 10 minutes. This was clearly just hiring based on appearance as they literally did not ask me any other questions and had clearly not even read my cv. Also with it being a pandemic, the manager could not even keep her mask above her nose and done the interview in a really small room which I found a bit uncomfortable. Avoid unless you want to be judged purely on your appearance.
