Applied through indeed on approx. Monday, called on Tuesday for a group interview but I couldn’t go at that time so they tailored around what was best suited to me and it ended up as a one to one and the interview was on Thursday. So pretty quick process.
Arrived 20 minutes early and had to wait for 5 minutes or so whilst my interview sheet was prepared. Manager wasn’t there to interview me so another member of staff did. She explained how tiring the work is and everything. I wasn’t asked many questions at all, it was more the staff member talking about herself. I was told I’d hear back by the end of Friday and it’s now next Wednesday. I rang up Saturday and was told that they’d personally ring me by the end of the day and they didn’t. They explained there’s a lot of applications to go through.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult or rude customer.
Phone call interview asking about my experience and then given an interview date. Quick it was more like a conversation rather than an interview. Asked about myself and availability. Friendly interviewer.

No normal question asked as expected of an interview, He was speaking about his children so I do not know how they decided who gets the job. May have just been pure bias. I am not sure.
