The first started with questions they ask and any questions you might have- talking about who you are, what you're interested in, etc. The second entailed a case interview where you tell your thought process on solving a problem or what the next steps might be.

Short and Quick. I applied online. Received invitation and visited their office.They shared organization background, culture, value, growth and what is expected from my role. Next day had further telephone call regard joining. Great experience.
