Fast and straight forward interview. Just the general questions asked in most retail stores. I felt at ease interviewing with the department manager there. It's been a while since this interview but I do remember it clearly and remember leaving it feeling comfortable.

I applied online and got no call back and heard nothing for weeks. I physically went in and asked for an interview since I already worked within the company at Stevens and was wanting to transfer to farmers. After asking physically they got me an interview the next day. Actual interview was good and asked the standard questions. However the process it took for me to actually start working at farmers was more than 2 months since I couldn’t transfer due to short staffing at Stevens. Lots of forms to fill out and could be send by an email as a pdf instead of going in every week to sign something new.
