3 interviews, one phone, one panel and one with upper management. HR will contact and send link for exam. If exam is passed HR will do initial phone interview. Local office will contact you and set up in person or phone interview. If this goes well, a panel interview is next. If you pass this, they will present job offer.

3 round. Recruiter, panel, in person. Complete waste of time and gas. Not sure what they expect from new candidates when the field is completely new to most applicants especially in an entry level position.
