I have tried to get an interview with this company around 2 years ago. Bottom line is that several recruiters and myself wasted our times for several months as Farmers could never make up its mind what it wanted to. Now two years later, I saw the same thing happening. Weeks go by and never a single phone interview is held as Farmers stumbles and bumbles, trying to figure out what it wants to do. Finally, I just pulled my name from consideration. This is company which seems lost in its own bureaucratic ways that continues to fall further behind its competitors. I would to those outside of the more rudimentary jobs, don't waste your time with this outfit.

The process was very long and involved 5 rounds. Each round took place a week from each other with each round lasting between 30 - 60 minutes. One of these rounds was a technical round where they asked you to calculate the average premium of men and women for the entire state. During this round be sure to ask lots of questions and have a piece of paper next to you as you'll need these answers later. All the interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to so don't be too nervous. The STAR method was used for most of these interviews.
