J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Farmers Insurance Group
Entretien
After I submitted an application, I was contacted by the recruiter via email. The interview questions were pretty basic behavioral questions like "why do you want to work for Farmers" and "What are the three things you want to get out from this internship." The interview with a recruiter went on for about 40 minutes and she said if I passed this round she will contact me. A few months later (took them a while because of COVID), the team reached out and requested for an interview. The interview was more of "getting to know each other." There were no surprise questions.

Entretien
It was very casual, but I had to explain my experiences in working with people, and have an example of what type of "conflict" I had to resolve in a group or project setting. It was a copy paste of a normal interview, but it went more into the introspection of conversing with clientele and was more focused on my productivity and socialization skills

I first had a phone interview with hiring manager and teammates, and then they gave me a week to do a case study. Based on the case study, I did one more technical interview.
