J'ai passé un entretien chez Farmers Insurance Group
Entretien
They use a "behavioral based interview" system, so they will usually ask three or so questions like "tell me about a time when...". Often times the interview seems to have little to no relevance to your actual qualifications or past performance, just how well you can answer the "behavioral" questions that have no real answer. Honestly most people who have successfully interviewed for different internal positions will just make up answers to fit what they know they are looking for. There is very little opportunity to talk about your actual qualifications or why you would be a good fit for the job.
