Hiring process concludes as following: 30 minute phone interview, they then set you up two weeks out for a RJP Interview process (Realistic Job preview) which they set you in a room of roughly 6 other applicants to start in a conference room to go over farmers as a company, watch videos, answer and ask questions, you meet with the director. Then, they split you into teams, one of you is on the floor interviewing with a current employee while the other is having an individual interview with a floor manager. Once both interviews finish, you switch off. The process takes about 2 hours+ and the personal interview is a behavioral interview, they require a typing test with 100% accuracy and at least 30 wpm.

It was a great interview I had an awesome interviewer we did more talking off topic than about farmers honestly . That’s how I ended up getting the job . I been here for 3 years
