They called me first for a phone interview and asked me the basic questions about my background and such. When I went in for the formal interview, I had to take a typing test and a simulation in insurance customer service. If I passed both I would meet with an HR representative who asked me about conflict resolution styles, and other daily work habits.

This company is notorious for putting you through the whole process and then pulling away last minute. Claims they only needed one interview, however they lied and brought me back in for another interview. Unprofessional and ultimately went with someone is fluent in being bilingual. If that is what you need then be transparent from the beginning.

I am a licensed insurance agent. I heard about this position from a friend who also works for a a Farmers agency, but a different one. When I sat down to start the interview, the 1st question the agency owner asked was "So what church do you go to?"
I was obviously taken aback, and answered "I don't go to church." He then quickly shuffled some paperwork and changed the subject to the details of the position.
I later learned that he and the other office staff were all LDS (Latter Day Saints), and I didn't stay very long!
