General background interview questions were asked. Past work experience and why I wanted to work here. What did i like about working at Farmers. They seemed very dull and straight forward over the phone interview which made me feel nervous and uncomfortable.

Interview was consisted of phone screening followed by 2 interviews in the pandemic era. Questions were behavioral based, looking to assess you reaction to scenarios. Panel during the interview after phone screening had upper management, usually 1 manager and 2-3 supervisors.

There was a questionary portion and a writing test portion. The experience was very good and positive. The interviewers are nice and very professional. After the interview they would normally contact you after a few days or less.

30 Minute phone interview, then immediately scheduled face to face with 2 managers at same time. They showed me around new building, had me do a typing test for 1 minute to see how fast i type, then we sat in a room for about 40 minutes and went over my previous customer experiences, also asked me hypothetical questions and how i would handle that situation.
