4 interviews, one take home task. The company really needs to look into its interview process. Everything went alright until final interview. After spending so much time and effort, the HR team didnot bother to even notify of the outcome even after following twice, no response at all. Called after 2 weeks and was let know of rejection. Be respectful of the candidate efforts at least if they have spend time till final interviews.
