Met with Lawrence several times and about 5 or 6 others. Sometimes it was questions on my resume, other times it was how I would handle situations they are facing. Felt like they kept asking me back for more interviews, yet once I had met everyone, I couldn't get a hold of anyone after multiple kind attempts. Highly unprofessional to not tell me I was not selected for the job or not respond after I coming in multiple times and spending at least 5-7 hours interviewing with them.

Question 1
How I would get rid of people who needed to go. How I would make them the most money by meeting new requirements on people need to be paid overtime if they make under 47K a year.

Applied online in May 2016. Receive a call back from the CEO after a few days to schedule an initial interview. First communication was positive as we had some challenges finding a time that worked for both of us. When the scheduled time arrived he seemed to have forgotten and called about an hour late. Conversation was pleasant and mostly about some of their history. I was invited for a face to face with Lawrence that same week. The interview consisted entirely of "this is one of our issues, how would you fix it". I repeatedly emphasized that I can only give general thought and needed far more insight into the company to be able to properly answer that type of questioning (which I believe makes perfect sense). None the less I answered all of the questions and my answers seemed positively received. The following day I was scheduled for a phone interview with two other members of the leadership team. This call was more focused on my experience and a deeper discussion on how to tackle some of the main challenges. The interview was very positive form my perspective. After this call, things became quite poorly managed. I reached out to multiple people over a 3-4 week period (thank you messages for the interviews as well as requesting details on potential next steps and feedback in general). I received no reply. Also reached out to the CEO via text as previously encouraged to contact directly. Although read-receipt was sent from text app, no contact was made by FareHarbor. Unfortunately, this has left a very unprofessional impressions and the experience is in line with other reviews on GlassDoor.

Question 1
How would you fix teams where a manager may be in place out of necessity from our quick growth, but may not necessarily be the right person?
