Was given an interview on campus with Fannie Mae. They just asked me questions about my resume. Do research on the company, they will ask you what you know about it.

Involved a phone screen for about a half hour where the recruiter asked about my resume and what I would be interested in. The onsite interview day a couple of weeks later had 3 one on one interviews. It was a very relaxed interview day and everyone was very nice and friendly.
