They have you write a letter to a client explaining what you're service s are. Then they have you take a test and they have a few tricky questions. Then if you don't pass you can't apply again for six months or more.

Short super easy assessment. I know I passed it with flying colors. Seems to me they must want idiots because I know I passed the entire assessment and was still denied. The only thing I think failed me was a faint cry in my recording . I should have rerecorded it and didn't.
