the interview process was extremely long and drawn out. The interview overall was easy, but with 5 rounds (1 HR, 1 with CISO and hiring manager, 3 separate hour long interviews with team member) it wasted a lot of time.
Not only that, but after my interview rounds were complete, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks longer to get an answer. Im fine with not getting an offer, it happens, but dont waste peoples time.
to add to this, the interviewers were not professional. One of the people who was doing the "team fit" interview seemed very sad and mopey.
