The process took 2 weeks and it went very smoothly. The first interview was a call with the recruiter. Then I was scheduled to go onsite where I was interviewed by 5 people with 30-minute intervals each with a mix of technical and non-technical questions. After that, I was scheduled for another onsite interview with the upper management of the team where the role was a part of. Got an offer 2 days later.

I had a phone interview and the person I spoke with didn't even take the time to tell me they were not moving forward with me. This is very unprofessional.
