I reached out on Linkedin and eventually had 2 phone screens. I received an email a few days later about a final round interview. I followed up 3 times about the date and the recruiter then told me the team was out in LA so I'd have to wait a week after the time he provided. So I finally got my in-person interview. On my own merit I prepared new ideation proposals and seemed to have received good feedback. I followed up and thanked my interviewers as well as the recruiter and NEVER EVEN HEARD BACK. I followed up again a week later and once more the next week, extremely respectful, eager and hopeful to still be in the running and they still DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO RESPOND. You put so much time and effort preparing and they completely ghost you. Beyond unprofessional!!!
