I applied through Angel List and was contacted within a day or so to schedule a phone interview. That lasted about 30 minutes, and was just a few questions about myself. A week later I was emailed to schedule an in person interview at the office. At first I was a bit worried of a three hour interview, but the company actually splits up the time and it turned into more of a conversation than an interrogation (like I have seen at other companies). You could tell the company was looking for certain things, and it seemed like they had a very structured process. I didn't get the job, but left with much more respect for the company after seeing how professionally they handled the whole thing (since most other startups I have talked to are a total mess).
