The most frustrating thing about Famwork is how dated their process is. I applied to them because they offered competitive salary options. When I applied I was obligated to take a product design assessment. Personally this is already a red flag, but I persisted. I scored a 75%. Some of the questions were regarding products I've never even heard of. Nevertheless I was approved for the final round of interviews. One major detail they left out for each of my 3 interviews was *compensation*. Even the first person who interviewed me quit by the time I made it to the third interview. The last interview was with the CEO. It lasted nearly 30 minutes of him talking AT me and not TO me. There wasn't any time for myself to ask any questions regarding the role, he simply explained how great this opportunity was, and how AFTER investment the money I'd make. I was given the job offer, but ultimately declined. They offer zero pay for all the hoops you have to jump through. I'd recommend people stay away from Famwork until they've received viable funding for the team who definitely deserves it.
