I applied online for a Media Manager position and was contacted a week or so later via email by HR for a phone interview and was asked if I could possibly schedule the interview within one or two days. I had to rearrange my schedule to do so but wanted to accommodate them. I had a phone interview with the HR contact and hiring manager. Neither interviewer was very personable or displayed a strong interest in my background. The way the job was described during the interview differed from the job description. When I asked about next steps, they were very vague.
