I sent in my resume via email and they got back to me in about 3 days. The first step was a quick phone call with one of the founders. He didn't ask me anything technical, I think he was just trying to get to know me. He emailed me the next day to schedule a face to face interview with him and the other co-founders. The interview was friendly and relaxed. It's a small office and the company culture seems very laid back compared to others in this industry. Two days later I was offered the position but decided not to take it. Nothing against Family First, it seems like a great place to work, I just wanted to work for a larger company.
