It was an email then you scheduled a phone interview. The person claims to be a hiring manager. He answers none of my questions and I felt rushed on the phone. After giving my name, I didn't feel easy about how fast their hiring process was with little information. I got a you're hired email but my got is saying to keep looking on my job search.

An agent looking to have agents under them will ask you about your WHY. Not just looking for people who want to make a quick buck but want to become agents and recruit others under you.

Entretien
The interview process was done via a scheduled phone call.
Confirmation and reminder emails/texts were provided of the scheduled call.
The interviewer was friendly, informative, helpful, and was not pushy. I had a good overall feeling about their statements and feedback about the company as well as their answers to my questions.

The primary thing is that this is a 100% commission based pay plan and so they seemed to mostly want to make sure people fully understood that during the interview.
