Take home assignment, followed by a 1.5 hour call about why I did what I did. Then another call to check depth of understanding of backend concepts. Followed by a culture fit round. Hired.

- Discussed about the project specifics with a senior engineer.
- Discussed about my journey + past projects + GSOC with a member of founding team leading tech.
- A culture fit round with founding team.
Simple interview process. Started with system design round. Then a backend assignment was given based on which interview was done. Post the interview there was a cult fit round where I had a discussion with someone in the management team
