The head of the adventure program stopped by on his way to a job fair. We went out to a local trail system and rode some trails. While riding he could see my skill levels and also talk and get to know me. We probably did about 10 miles of trails. Then after we sit down at a table and went over the job and how much it paid. It is probably the best interview I have ever done. I know it would not work in most scenarios but it was perfect for this job.
