A recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin and once I expressed interest in the position and submitted my resume, I received a call from HR within two days and had an initial in person interview that week. The following week, I was asked to come back for a second in person interview with two members of the executive team. Over the next few weeks, I was asked to come in for half a day to interview with the remaining executive team members. I also had to schedule one skype interview with an executive member in Europe and two phone interviews with executive members who were out of town. The whole interview process took about 2 months but HR did a great job with the communication flow.
