It was a one round interview with the 2 team members, as it was a small team. after a few weeks, I was called personally by one of the two for the answer and a feedback.

First got called by HR to get invited to an interview. Then the rest of the process was just 1 interview with the hiring manager who conducted an hour long interview

Phone call from the HR from Poland, then interview with the manager and the two HRs, but before I had to make a personality test and a cognitive test. The interview was longer than an hour and half of it we have spent discussing the results of the tests.
